Africa Cup of Nations winners list: Egypt won the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) seven times (1957, 1959, 1986, 1998, 2006, 2008, 2010). Senegal are the tournament’s current champions, having beaten Egypt on penalties in the 2021 final.
